Associate / Analyst, Fund Finance - Structured Finance

The Associate or Analyst will support the transaction process for new Fund finance facilities across Subscription facilities, NAVs and Equity bridge loans from origination to closing.
Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
•
Support origination of Fund finance facilities from pitching and origination to structuring, diligence, documentation and execution.
•
Coordinating and supporting the approval of new transactions through relevant Business and Credit committees.
•
Assist in developing and maintaining new and existing client relationships to support the team in growing the business, including preparation of marketing materials.
•
Assist in strategic initiatives related to Fund and Structured finance such as identification of new opportunities, developing new revenue streams and strategic portfolio initiatives.
•
Oversee the execution of increase and extension activity and support the Portfolio management team in the monitoring & management of the portfolio.

Education:
•
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or work experience.
Work Experience:
•
1-6 years of relevant experience in Fund Finance as required for applicable role
Skills and Abilities:
•
Required experience: Fund finance experience in either Subscription Financing, NAV facilities and/or Equity Bridge Loans.
•
Strong analytical / problem solving and project management skills.
•
Experienced in credit analysis and evaluating cashflows and valuations.
•
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and transactions.
•
Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint.
•
Team player and self-starter.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. For NYC Job Applicants: The base annual salary range for this position is $110,000-$135,000. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location. Salary: $89,100 - $126,000/year
